Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    flour
    salt and pepper
    butter
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bay leaf
    pepper to taste
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into small cubes. Roll in flour, salt and pepper; brown in hot butter. Add 1/2 cup water and vinegar; simmer until tender. Add water as necessary to keep from burning. When tender, pour off excess liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer until everything is heated through. Don't boil. Serve over brown rice or noodles.
