No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed soups (I use chicken and celery)
    1 chicken or 5 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can water
    1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    In a medium size pan or casserole dish, pour soups and water; mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle uncooked rice over soups; do not stir in.
    Lay cut up chicken on top of rice.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover; do not remove cover while baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven; let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
