Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. pkg. taco shells or 12 tortillas
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    taco sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat.
    Stir in chili powder, salt, garlic powder and tomato sauce.
    Simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
    Heat taco shells in oven at 250\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Assemble tacos by layering meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in each shell.
    Serve with taco sauce; top with sour cream.
    Makes 10 tacos.
