Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cut up chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Saute celery in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients except cornflakes and almonds.
Sprinkle them on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Makes 8 to 10.
