Ground Nut Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chickens
    2 tsp. salt
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salt, bouillon and pepper.
    Save broth.
    Melt butter and saute onion; add flour.
    Gradually add broth and stir until a soupy consistency.
    Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
    (If too thick, add cold milk.)
    Season with curry; add chicken and heat.
    Serve over rice.
    Add any of the following. Mix together and enjoy.
