Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. meringue powder
    2 c. solid shortening (white Crisco)
    1 Tbsp. clear vanilla
    1 Tbsp. liquid butter flavoring
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. warm water (if for rose base, use 1/3 c.)
Preparation
    Combine.
    Do not overbeat or use high mix speed (will cause air bubbles).
