Grandma'S Swiss Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. instant onion
4 c. green beans
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
-
Combine butter and flour together over medium heat.
Cook green beans.
Combine everything but cheese and melted butter. Put in casserole dish and top with cheese and melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
