Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    8 boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    3 or 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.
    Place in casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn over and bake another 20 minutes or until tender and done through.
