German Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a 9-inch pie plate in preheated 450\u00b0 oven.
    Tilt plate so margarine completely covers bottom; set aside.
    Beat together eggs, milk, flour 1 tablespoon sugar and salt until smooth.
    Pour into hot pie plate.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Reduce to 375\u00b0 and bake until golden brown and sides are puffy, about 8 minutes longer.
