Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch or flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut carrots crosswise in 1-inch chunks.
Cook covered in boiling salt water.
Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and ginger. Add orange juice.
Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Stir in butter.
Drain carrots and pour mixture over hot carrots.
