Carrots Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, sliced
    4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated or finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Mix together carrots, bacon, salt, pepper and onion.
    Place in 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar and butter.
    Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
