No Cook Coconut Pastel Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    food coloring
    1 c. grated coconut or grated nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Shape dough into small balls and roll in coconut or nuts. Line plate with wax paper and place balls on wax paper and refrigerate.
