Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with salts and seed.
    Place in marinade pan or cooking bag if no pan.
    Pour smoke over meat to coat all surfaces. Flip pan from time to time.
    Refrigerate overnight.
