Shrimp Party Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 (4 1/3 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Soften gelatin in milk.
Heat soup and cream cheese until melted.
Stir in softened gelatin.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 4-cup mold.
Chill several hours.
Serve with crackers.
May also mold in individual molds and served as salad.
(May substitute chicken for shrimp and use cream of chicken soup. Dilute curry powder.)
Yields 4 cups.
