Diabetic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sugar-free jello
    1 regular can crushed pineapple
    24 oz. box cottage cheese
Preparation
    Drain juice off of pineapple and put to the side for later use.
    Mix jello according to directions on box.
    Add drained pineapple and cottage cheese.
    Refrigerate until firm.
