Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. prepared fresh fruit
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Place fruit in bottom of greased dish.
Cover with sugar mixture.
Mix batter of remaining ingredients until smooth.
Spoon over fruit.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
