Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken, peeled shrimp or crawfish
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1 can Campbell's beef bouillon
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. each: green pepper, green onion and white onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (only, do not use instant)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large covered casserole dish (ovenproof).
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir after 30 minutes.
    Do not add water.
