Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, partially drained
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, beans, onion and bell pepper. Layer half of potato in a baking dish. Top with half of beef and half of tomato mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, removing lid to boil off liquid, if necessary.
