Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion
    8 to 10 pork chops
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 can crushed pineapple (small)
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Cut fat off chops and melt.
    Flour pork chops and brown.
    Cut onion into fourths; slice bell pepper.
    Mix wine, ketchup, garlic, pineapple, bell pepper and onion.
    Put in pot with meat.
    Cook until done at 350\u00b0.
