Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and chop apples.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, shortening and vanilla to eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together in another bowl.
    Add dry ingredients and apples to the first mixture.
    Mix all ingredients until blended.
    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
