Vegetable Sandwich Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, slivered
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
    1 c. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. toasted walnuts, finely chopped
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed to room temperature
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in broccoli and water; cook, covered, 5 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 1 minute to evaporate liquid.
    Stir in Cheddar cheese, walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
    Let the mixture cool.
