Luscious Low-Cal Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large egg white
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Spray spring-form pan with Pam cooking spray.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and 1 egg white into bowl of food processor, pulse 5 times.
    Press mixture into pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
    Place 1/2 cup cottage cheese in blender, blend until smooth.
    Combine with cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in vanilla and lemon peel.
    Gradually beat in 1 egg white at a time.
    Pour over crumb mixture.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until tester inserted comes out clean.
    Let cool and top with cherry pie filling, strawberries or your favorite topping.
    Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
