Sauerkraut With Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. pork (either roasts or chops)
2 (1 lb.) pkg. sauerkraut
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Brown pork in skillet.
Mix sauerkraut with brown sugar and place in large crock-pot.
Add meat.
Cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
