Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 large garlic clove, peeled and halved
    1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground white pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan. Beat at medium speed of a mixer 1 minute or until smooth. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Makes 4 servings.
