Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs (whole)
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. mixed grated lemon and orange rind
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer.
    Add 5 eggs and 2 yolks, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add flour, followed by cream.
    Add vanilla and grated rind.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour into a heavy aluminum spring-form pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 12 minutes, then reduce heat to 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
