Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. lime jello
3 c. hot water
16 large marshmallows
2 c. whipping cream
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Pour hot water on jello and add marshmallows, stirring until dissolved.
Put in refrigerator until it starts to set. Whip the cream and mix some into the cream cheese.
Mix with remaining cream and fold into jello mixture. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into mold, if desired, and chill until well set.
