Best Ever Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar, combined with 3 Tbsp.cocoa
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp.butter
    5 whole eggs
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar combined with cocoa and flour in a heavy deep skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add butter; let cool while you separate yolks from whites of eggs.
    Slightly beat the egg yolks; add a little of the hot mixture to the yolks.
    Then add the yolks to the mix.
    Let set (do not cook) while you roll pastry and line two 9-inch tins. Pour cooled filling (slightly warm) into uncooked pastry and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Beat the 5 egg whites for meringue and top cooked pies.
    Makes 2 pies.
