Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts or flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheets.
    Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in large bowl.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add 3/4 cup nuts or flaked coconut.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
    Makes 3 dozen.
