Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
1 pt. to qt. strawberries

Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and water until clear, stirring constantly.
Add jello and pour over berries in baked pie shell.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spread with whipped cream.
