Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, nuts, baking powder and salt. Add beaten eggs; stir in oil, zucchini and lemon rind. Add flour mixture and combine. Pour batter into two 5 x 9-inch (13 x 23 cm) greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove. Makes 2 loaves.
