Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 Tbsp. sweet pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 pod hot pepper, chopped, or 1/2 tsp. ground hot pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Pour into skillet.
    Bake in hot oven until brown, approximately 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
