Sausage And Pancake Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
2 c. pancake mix
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
cinnamon
sugar

Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
Mix pancake mix, eggs, milk and oil together.
Add sausage to pancake mix.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer apples on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup.
