Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    salt and pepper
    2 boiled eggs
    chicken/turkey broth
    chicken/turkey giblets
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan. Add flour, stirring until brown. Salt and pepper. Add 1 1/2 cups juice from chicken or turkey to thicken. Add chicken or turkey gizzards and pieces of shredded poultry. Add chopped eggs. Add more broth or water to thin gravy, if needed.
