Spicy Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic pressed
    1 30 oz. Chunky Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms and Peppers
    1 10 oz. can beef broth
    2 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes/Chilies
    1 bag of frozen veggies
Preparation
    Brown chuck, onion and garlic in Dutch oven- drain.
    Add Spaghetti Sauce, beef broth, water, celery, sugar, salt, and pepper.
    Bring to boil and reduce heat and cook 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and veggies and return to boil and reduce and simmer 15 minutes.
