Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1 medium onion
    1 c. ground walnuts
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 slices toast crumbs
    1 small can tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix in loaf pan (except tomatoes).
    Put tomatoes on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
