Pauline'S Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. cooked diced chicken
few drops lemon juice
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together except potato chips.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake for 15 minutes and then add chips.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes more!
