Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water, divided
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
    Reserve 2 teaspoons drippings. Combine flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix well with part of the water to make a paste.
    In a pan, heat vinegar and remaining water.
    Add flour mixture.
    Add bacon and drippings.
    Cook to desired consistency.
