Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cabbage
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Slice cabbage fine.
    In bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add garlic and green onions.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add cabbage and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in the sugar-vinegar mixture.
    Heat thoroughly and remove from fire.
    Serve warm.
