Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corn
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
2 eggs
flour or cracker crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs and put them with all the other ingredients in a double boiler to cook.
It should thicken a good deal, enough to be molded.
A little flour or cracker crumbs may be added to bring this about.
When thickened, pour about 1 inch deep into a large buttered pan.
Cut it into strips when it cools.
Cut the strips into shorter lengths and roll them first in egg, then in cracker crumbs and repeat the process.
Fry in deep fat and drain.
They melt in your mouth.
