Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 or 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 c. sweet pickle relish
2 pimientos, chopped
2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine 1/4 cup liquid drained from corn with relish, celery seed and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add corn and pimientos. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot or cold with meat, fish or poultry.
