Reuben Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. dry nondairy creamer
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. sharp mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. uncooked lean ground beef
1 can corned beef
1 c. sauerkraut
4 oz. shredded cheese over top
chopped parsley, if desired
1 c. soft pumpernickel or rye bread cubes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in unbaked pie shell with shredded cheese over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
