Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped green onion tops
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    1 lb. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased casserole (3-quart) and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 16 to 20 servings.
