No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. whole milk
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
    Grease two (9-inch) pie plates.
    Divide mixture evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: two (9-inch) pies.
