Stuffed Filet Of Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices filet of sole (1/4-inch thick)
    1 large egg, well beaten
    bread crumbs
    dash of salt and pepper
    8 slices Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
    8 slices Prosciutto or any lean ham
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish slices with a dash of salt and pepper.
    Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    Place a slice of cheese and then a slice of ham on each piece of fish.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
