Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. egg whites
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla together at high speed until stiffened.
    Then slowly add 1 cup sugar.
    Sift together 3 times the flour and 1 cup sugar.
    Fold dry ingredients into stiff egg whites.
    Put into ungreased tube (loaf) or angel food (round) pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Go around edge of pan with a knife to loosen cake.
