White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Add sugar, salt and slightly beaten egg yolks to hot potatoes.
Then add milk and flavorings.
Fold in the egg whites which have been stiffly beaten.
The mixture should be fairly thin.
