Fried Rice(Variation Of Chinese Fried Rice) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. boiled white rice
1/2 c. cooked, diced beef, shrimp or chicken
1/4 c. diced green onion
1 scrambled egg, diced and shredded
2 Tbsp. carrots, chopped finely
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
dash of pepper (white preferred)
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Saute meat and vegetables in butter or margarine.
Add rice, egg and soy sauce.
Combine and heat through.
