Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced or 1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. uncooked noodles
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except noodles in a kettle or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Cool and discard skin. Remove meat from bones and chop. Return chicken to stock and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until noodles are done.
