Stewed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 young chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper both sides
    1 stick butter
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 big onion, chopped fine
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
    3 stems celery, chopped fine
    1 handful parsley
Preparation
    Simmer seasonings together in butter on low heat until tender and onions are slightly brown.
    Add chicken and cover with water. Cover pot and simmer slow for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
