Texas Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 small bell pepper
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice onion and bell pepper.
Melt oleo in saucepan. Add onion and bell pepper.
Cook until tender. Add soup, cream cheese and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing mix which is tossed with margarine.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or less if potatoes are thawed.
